5.3 Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our products and the immediate access granted upon purchase, we maintain the following refund policy:

• Video Courses: All sales are final. No refunds will be issued once access to the course has been granted, as the digital content has been delivered.

• Live Sessions: Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled session are eligible for a full refund or rescheduling. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the session are non-refundable.

• Technical Issues: If you experience technical issues that prevent you from accessing purchased content, please contact us within 7 days of purchase at the contact information provided below. We will work to resolve the issue and may offer a refund at our sole discretion if the issue cannot be resolved.

To request a refund where eligible, please contact us with your order details and reason for the refund request.

• Sessions may be recorded by The Structure Hub for quality and review purposes. By joining a session, you consent to being recorded.

• You may not record, screenshot, or capture any portion of the live session without prior written consent from The Structure Hub.

• We reserve the right to remove any participant from a live session who behaves disruptively or violates these Terms.

• Rescheduling of live sessions is subject to availability and must be requested at least 48 hours in advance.
